I earned my B.A. in Liberal Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

TINA ROSENBLUM, PH.D.
I have been advising and consulting with communication leaders about employee communication and engagement, leadership development, and organization design for 20+ years. I have a particular interest in communication metrics and dashboards – I just love it! I particularly enjoy combining data-driven analytics with the wonderful complexities of human beings: it’s a never-ending challenge and when we get it right, great things happen in organizations.
I graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College and later earned a PhD in Cognitive Psychology from Cornell University.
Fun fact: I’m hooked on golf.
